Congratulations to St. Francis High School in Mountain View, CA. This foward-thinking school invested $15,000 in Snapchat about five years ago.  When its parent company, Snap, launched their IPO last week that $15,000 investment was worth $24 Million.

About five years ago St. Francis also made another smart move by converting their gymnasium to Light Emitting Plasma. A few years ago St. Francis continued upgrading again with Resilient’s brand of LED Tough Lights.  Resilient is proud to have two types of LED Lighting installed on their campus.

Well-managed schools like St. Francis that have the foresight to invest in new technology–whether it is investing in high tech companies, or high tech lighting–are leaders, and their savings allow them to help more students.
