It’s late in the day and I look out my window and see Davis Murphy, our Warehouse Manager, walking 8 GC201’s LED highbay luminaries down the street. It turns out that the key to the truck broke and Fedex had already made their daily pickup. We had a hot order for Roth Lighting that we needed to ship today and Davis was determined to meet our commitment. Fortunately the Fedex office is only a 10 minute walk.
Our people are empowered to make decisions and it warms my heart to see our team doing whatever is necessary to keep their promise.
