Our factory in Nanping began building fixtures in 1984, mainly private label for several large U.S. Companies.  I had the pleasure of spending time with my colleague, Nixon Guo who gave me a great tour last week.  Almost all of our  fixtures are designed in our engineering lab in Fuzhou and built in Nanping.  During my visit, I was able to inspect all aspects of the business including quality (where we are defect rate is almost zero) as well as our photometric lab where we create our .ies files and even our own internal UL lab where our products receive the CUL stamp of approval for sales in the U.S. and Canada.  The factory employees about 200 people.

The above picture is the burn-in room where our GC201 industrial highbay is being tested. Each product has a 24-hour burn in and we have recently upgraded our surge protection from 10Kv to 20Kv–which is amongst the highest in the industry.  Our product has so many features that most LED highbays lack:  internal and external heat sinks, air gap between driver and LEDs, hook mount or pendant, 120 thru 277 or 347 thru 480v, built-in junction box, and color temps from 2700 to 6500K. Couple that with our standard 7-year warranty and now our 20 Kv of surge protection and you have one of the most robust industrial highbays in the world.  Everything is premium except the price.  Even though the fixture is designed for high-temp and stressful environments, most of our sales are in general lighting because our cost is so competitive.  Why not buy the most robust product in the market if the price is the same as the commodity grade?
