I am at JFK Airport now waiting on my flight to Hong Kong. I will be met by colleagues from Forest Lighting and Ushio and we will head to the GG LED Conference in Shenzhen.
At this conference I will speak about the effect that President-elect Trump will have on the lighting industry. Will LED lighting jobs move back to the US? Will he slap a 35% tariff on our industry? Will industrial lighting grow under the Trump Administration? These are the questions which I will address.
The presentation is on 5 JAN and I’ll publish a report after the discussion. Stay tuned…..It’s going to be HUGE!!!!
